Your body is his


There is nothing more important than keeping your body in shape. By now you know what body type your husband likes and it is your job to make sure that it always stays that way. I see far to many woman thinking that after marriage it is OK to gain a few pounds, this will drive your husband away. You must continue and work very hard on not changing. I don't care if you have had children, that is an excuse. Remember your husband is with you because he chose you the way you are. If you let yourself go he has all rights to chose someone else and you can not complain about this. Be dainty, eat slowly and not to much. A man doesn't want to watch you eat a hardy meal like he does. He worked hard today, there is no need for you to finish your meal..
This is a great tip on being a good wife, trust me your husband will be happy for many years to come if his wife can still fit into her wedding dress 20 years later.
